This Returns, Exchanges & Customs Policy applies to all purchases made from the eCash Merch Store (the “Store”), operated by Abstract Business Corporation Limited, Hong Kong.

By placing an order on the Store, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All products sold on the eCash Merch Store are made to order and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider.

As a result:

  • All sales are final
  • Returns are not accepted
  • Exchanges are not accepted
  • Refunds are not offered

This policy applies to, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preferences
  • Delivery delays outside our control

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing a purchase.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Limited Exception)

If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or materially defective, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for review, you must provide:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence of the defect or damage

Approved cases will be reviewed and resolved at our sole discretion, which may include a replacement item, repair, or, where appropriate, a refund.

3. Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

Orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees depending on the destination country.

  • The customer is solely responsible for all customs charges, taxes, and import fees
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • We have no control over customs authorities or their assessment of fees

Failure to pay customs charges may result in delayed delivery, returned shipments, or disposal of the package. In such cases, no refund or replacement will be provided.

4. Shipping Issues and Delivery Delays

Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Postal or courier services
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
  • Force majeure events

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate, including:

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started.
